1. Assist the chairman in completing customer reception work;

3. Assist the chairman in customer follow-up and communication;

5. Daily travel arrangements for the chairman;

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the field of biomedicine, and knowledge of cell therapy such as stem cells and immune cells;
2. Possess good communication and expression skills;
3. Have certain organizational and coordination skills and business etiquette, as well as meeting management and public relations abilities;
4. Able to adapt to a certain degree of business trips;
5. Rich work experience, age 30-40 is preferred
Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish a quality management system for cell therapy related products and continuously improve it;
2. Responsible for the company's ISO9001 and ISO13485 quality system certification and operation maintenance;
3. Release of raw materials and batch product quality;
4. Cooperate with clients for on-site audit work;
5. Responsible for providing quality management system training to various departments;
6. Cooperate with the supervision and inspection of higher-level management departments, third-party audit agencies, and organize internal audits to track and audit rectification projects, implement corrective/preventive measures for improvement items;
7. Responsible for a portion of QC testing experiments;
8. Complete other related tasks arranged by the company.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in a related field, with at least 3 years of work experience in quality system management in the cell therapy and medical device industries;
2. Experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 system management, with prior experience in conducting audits preferred;
3. Experience in writing and revising system documents is preferred;
4. Ability to inspect, train, guide, and promote the operation of the quality management system;
5. Has good communication and learning skills, team spirit, and certain pressure bearing ability;
6. Have some experience in QC experimental testing (sterility, endotoxins, osmotic pressure, pH, etc.).
Job Responsibilities
1. We provide professional pre-sales technical support for cell therapy related products such as serum-free stem cell culture medium, NK cell activation culture kit culture medium, 3D degradable microcarriers, and cryoprotectants;
2. Conduct on-site technical communication and exchange with customers both online and offline, introduce company products, and answer customer questions;
3. Assist the sales team in understanding customer needs and developing solutions.
4. Follow up on customer product usage, responsible for after-sales technical support, and solve technical problems encountered by customers during product use.
5. Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer feedback and market demand, in order to optimize product performance.
6. Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
7. Familiar with the company's products and services, with relevant experimental or operational experience preferred.
Job Requirements
1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, graduate degree preferred, in biomedical, pharmaceutical, bioengineering or related fields.
2. Work experience: At least 3 years or more of pre-sales/after-sales technical support experience in the cell gene therapy industry (stem cells, immune cells).
3. Professional skills: Familiar with stem cell culture media and related technologies, possessing good product knowledge.
4. Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with clients and cross departmental teams.
5. Able to adapt to a certain degree of business trips and communicate with clients offline.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop new customers using various sales tools, sell the company's full range of products, and achieve sales targets;
2. Responsible for regular visits and communication with customers, maintaining and further developing customer relationships, and understanding market information such as competitors' sales strategies and pricing systems;
3. Participate in business negotiations, sign project sales contracts, track project implementation service processes, and maintain good relationships with clients.
4. Responsible for timely and accurate completion of various daily sales reports required by the company.

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, with experience in biological laboratory equipment and consumables, as well as sales of medical aesthetics and stem cell products in the market, is preferred;
