Usage Instructions

It is suggested to lyophilize cells in logarithmic growth phase, which helps to increase the viability of resuscitated cells.

01、Store cell cryopreservation solution at 4°C or thaw; harvest cells and sieve into single cells; count the number of cells.

02、Wash to remove medium and remove supernatant as much as possible to avoid diluting the cell cryopreservative.

03、Resuspend cells: stem cells at 1X106-1X107ml(can be higher), immune cells at 1X107-1X108/ml, cell density to calculate the volume of

cryopreservation solution required.Add appropriate amount of hyperCryoCellTM cell freezing solution to the cell precipitate, gently blow to resuspend the cells, and then dispense into cell freezing tubes or freezing bags.

04、Pre-freezing: Incubate the frozen cell samples at 2-8℃ for 10-15 minutes.

05、After inverting and mixing, immediately place the cells in a -80°C freezer; transfer to liquid nitrogen after 24 hours, or use a programmed freezer to nucleate and freeze the cells before transferring to a liquid nitrogen tank for long-term storage
