It enables efficient and rapid isolation of NK cells from whole blood,

achieving high-purity NK cell enrichment based on the principle of

density gradient negative selection.

principle 

pureSep-NK utilizes bispecific antibody molecules to target and link red blood cells with non-target cells (such as T cells or B cells). The non-target cells and red blood cells form cell cluster complexes that sediment during Ficoll centrifugation, while NK cells remain in the upper buffy coat, enabling rapid separation.
