Required materials and consumables: 1 T25 culture flask, 1 T75 culture flask, 18 T175 culture flasks, 
18 cell culture bags, centrifuge tubes, pipettes, syringes, etc.

 

 

50 mL of umbilical cord blood, using Kit 03, cultured for 20 days with 18 culture bags, 18 T175 culture flasks, and 32.4 L of culture medium;

107.5 billion NK cells were harvested, achieving an expansion fold of 14,189.
